Predator Heat Vision

Heres a look at the predators heat vision. Im surprised how easy it was to pull this off but I guess with stick figures it can just be one colour for their body heat instead of a gradient.

  1. How much infrared detail will you add? Will the character's touch leave fading warmth behind on surfaces, for instance?

It looks fine, it just doesn't look like heat, yet, but people will know what what's going on, so the most important part is there. No radiating, trailing, heatwaves rising and evaporating with the moisture...

  2. thats probably too much detail for a stick figure cartoon. hopefully people will get the idea. Theres plenty of time to add in more detail later but I first want to get the basic thing down. actually now that I think of it I could do the warmth of touch thingy to show the marines footprints. That would probably sell the heat vision more.

  4. It depends on what stuff you mean. All the graphics I drew myself but the sounds are taken from various alien/predator/AVP games and movies.

  5. you should have one of the predators say activating heat vision or in one of the corners heat vision activated

  6. Im not entirely sure what you mean. Predators dont activate heat vision by speaking and they dont have english writing but putting some predator writing in the corner to represent "heat vision activated" or whateva would look cool I think.
